Official rules for the quarterly giveaway at @MidnightRacewayPark

 

1. SPONSOR

Midnight Raceway Park is the sponsor of this giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older, void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.” Employees of the sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Winner must provide a valid U.S. mailing address (residential or PO box) in the continental US. Communication between Sponsor and winner will be via email.

3. ENTRY PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated, each Giveaway begins on the 15th of the month at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on the last day of the month at 12:00 p.m. ET. For the 2026 Giveaways, the Entry Periods are as follows:

 

April Giveaway: April 15, 2026 (12:00 p.m. ET) – April 30, 2026 (12:00 p.m. ET)
July Giveaway: July 15, 2026 (12:00 p.m. ET) – July 31, 2026 (12:00 p.m. ET)
October Giveaway: October 15, 2026 (12:00 p.m. ET) – October 31, 2026 (12:00 p.m. ET)

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, leave a coherent and appropriate response to the pinned question in the comments of the Giveaway video. Comments must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.  Entries not complying with YouTube Community Guidelines[1] and entries not containing a coherent answer to the pinned question will be disqualified. One entry per person.

5. WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible comments received during the entry period. Blitz Rocket YouTube Comment Picker will be used to select the winner. In the case that the Blitz Rocket YouTube Comment Picker is not accessible, I will use the random number generator in MS Excel to randomly select the winner and two alternate winners in case the winner is ineligible or unresponsive. Sponsor may select the next alternate potential winner in case the first selected winner is disqualified or fails to claim the prize in accordance with these Official Rules.

 

A new comment with the winner’s name will be pinned to the Giveaway Video. Once the giveaway is shipped, a new community post will be made to announce the winner and show the selection process.

 

If the winner has a public email address associated with their YouTube channel, they will be contacted directly to collect information for shipping. If the winner does not have a public email address, it will be the winner’s responsibility to contact Midnight.Raceway.Park@gmail.com within five business days of the new pinned comment (first mentioned in the previous paragraph). If there is no communication from the winner after five business days, the next person in line from the random number generator will become the winner.

6. PRIZE
The specific prize for the giveaway will be announced in the giveaway video. Typically, the giveaway will be one ten-pack of 1:64 scale diecast vehicles (mostly Hot Wheels). These could be mainline or premium vehicles, and they could be sealed in their original packaging or loose, but all will be in new or like-new condition. On occasion, other related items (such as track pieces, stickers, diorama items, and other channel-themed items) may be substituted in place of the vehicles or some of the vehicles. Total value of prizes will not exceed $15. Prize will be shipped to winner's address (winner must provide a valid shipping address). No cash alternative or prize substitution is allowed.

Prize will be shipped no later than 3 business days of receipt of a valid shipping address. The tracking number will be shared with the winner, and the winner will be contacted after delivery to ensure receipt.

7. WINNER REQUIREMENTS
The winner must respond within five business days of the pinned comment announcing the winner and must share name and a valid mailing address (street address or P.O. box) within the continental U.S. The winner must meet all eligibility requirements. Failure to respond to messages or failure to meet the requirements will result in forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, you release YouTube from any liability related to this promotion.

10. RULES AND COMPLIANCE
This giveaway complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries and is solely responsible for giveaway administration.

 

PRIVACY POLICY: By participating, entrants understand that the Sponsor may collect personal information from them in connection with the Giveaway. For most entrants, this is limited to their YouTube username/handle, avatar, and comment. The selected winner will be asked to provide their name and mailing address solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell or share this information with third parties, or use it for marketing, and will retain it only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway and comply with legal and recordkeeping requirements. Participation is voluntary; if you do not wish to provide the requested information, please do not enter the Giveaway.

PUBLICITY:  You agree to allow the sponsor to announce you as the winner and to reference you as a past Giveaway winner in future videos, posts, comments, and promotions related to the @MidnightRacewayPark channel, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

PUBLICITY & USER COMMENTS: By entering, you understand and agree that your YouTube username/handle, profile image (avatar), and the content of your comment (your “Entry”) may be used in the announcement of the winner and may be displayed in the Giveaway video, in winner announcements, and in future videos or posts where the Sponsor discusses past Giveaways, showcases viewer feedback, or highlights community comments, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. The Sponsor will not edit your comment in a way that changes its meaning. Other information collected from winners (name, email, mailing address) will only be used for prize fulfillment and required recordkeeping, and will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing
